Quick Notes: Happy 10th Birthday StarCraft! GLaDOS now invading your Rock Band!! PlayStation Store Update!!!

So today marks the day where pranksters are on the rise, and juggling about their neighborhoods planning to egg certain houses, rick rolling the population, and well, just all out insanity, so enjoy tomorrow, I know for sure I will.

Anyway, on to the quick hits of the day:

PlayStation Store Update!

Yay! Finally, no I’m not talking about content update, I’m talking about a revamp of PS Store’s interface. Here’s what it will look like:

This is good because for one thing, the current PS Store runs on a web browser. Yeah, that web browser the PS3 has, that what it uses to access PS Store, with the revamp, it’ll be a software/client side thing now, meaning it’ll run like iTunes. This means that accessing the store will be a lot faster than right now.

The bad news is, no content updates for us until the revamp is finished, so no content updates this Thursday and the next Thursday.

Still Alive now available for download in Rock Band!

Everyone’s favorite video game song, “Still Alive” has been released on Rock Band’s store. Instead of clicking on new releases, click on “Songs” to download it!

As for the PS3 Rock Band owners, we don’t know if its up yet. Although I’ll update this whenever I find out that it is indeed available. Now for the videos of the drums and guitar parts in expert mode.

Happy 10th Birthday StarCraft!

Hell yeah indeed, the best RTS game of all time was released today, March 31, 1998.

I remember when StarCraft hit student population of my school, once we got in it, we never got out.
